It was great experience to learn through on line platform - easiest way . Program structure and delivery was marvelious. Keen to attend more such programmes . Professors were excellent.
At the outset, let me thank XLRi for crafting out such an extra-ordinary MDP and thanks to TalentEdge for smooth execution. TL3 stands out to be the best decision I have ever made for myself. Could have never thought of any program that would spend 4 to 4 1/2 months only on transforming self. And then slowly as we started self-discovery from July, it was an eye opener for me and almost MOST OF US in TL3 (I am sure the experience wouldn't be different for TL1, TL2 and the forthcoming TL batches as well). Had we not got into daily meditation, Self-compassion and acceptance, it would have been devastating (and I really mean this) to face a self-discovery through FIRO-B, other Leadership style assessments and learnings. The way it got integrated thereafter was just phenomenal and an experience that even today as I write this, I feel can't completely express what it has transpired into. Gratitude, Gratitude & Gratitude !!!! Overall a fulfilling experience @Transformational Leadership. Emotion meter: Inspired / Elated.
This training program was an excellent experience for me personally. It has truly transformed my life as a person and also a professional. Excellent sessions by Manish Singhal. I would like to attribute the success of this program much to how Prof. Manish was able to keep the attention of the team. Make the lecture very interesting and interactive. Content very relevant and the latest as per the new research studies etc. We will truly miss his classes very badly. Great insights from Prof. Kumar Alok on how Indian Culture / Vedas / Hindu Epics have contributed to the Leadership as a subject. Others lecture were also very helpful for me. Thank everyone all professors, support staff, technical staff etc. for their contribution to make this program highly successful.
I am glad I found this program and that I enrolled in it. It has been an enlightening journey into self and the nature of interactions with other human beings, be it at personal or professional level. The journey has been very rewarding and yet there remains so much to learn. The takeaways from the program will stay with me forever. It is a joy to attend Manish Sir's class, he is eloquent, vibrant and has a huge repository of experiences and life lessons to share, which he shares without holding back. I have already recommended the management to take this program for the other leadership members in the organization.
The content of the program is aptly designed as per the title . exceeded my expectation and appropriate application of these concepts in our professional life will definitely make us competitive.
