Course Overview
Eurasian Management & Administration School (EMAS Business School), offers one-of-a-kind job linked global MBA degree program which is aimed at exposing the participants to comprehensive and practical aspects of various career oriented management disciplines. The experiential learning based intensive program is structured across four semesters namely Foundation Module, Strategic Management Module, Industry Specialization Module and Practical Module (Internship). The Foundation level is delivered by top rated Academicians, the Strategic Management Module is delivered by EMAS Faculty, followed by Industry Specialization Module which is delivered by industry practitioners, followed by a six month paid internship and a capstone project.
The Foundation level includes comprehensive coverage of core management disciplines while the Advanced level includes leadership and strategic management modules. The second year begins with participants choosing an industry relevant custom specialization of their choice and finally the program culminates with an internship and a capstone project. As a part of this program, participants will also be trained in multiple areas like personality development, team management, handling real life situations through simulations, case studies and practical exposure.

Application and Selection Process
Given the rigorous nature of the program, applicants will undergo a three level selection process that includes:
Aptitude and Psychometric Assessment – This is conducted by Mettl Mercer, one of the world’s largest testing body
This will be followed by rigorous interview with EMAS – Talent Edge - Academic Council
Selected students then will have to sit for final placement interviews with corporates before completion of foundation module
All applications for this program must be made through an online registration on Talentedge website
Upon submission of copies of relevant documents, the document validation will be completed and the applicant will be intimated about the details of the selection process
Applicants will make a payment of Rs. 900 (Non-Refundable) towards the application processing charges
Applicants will then go through an Online Aptitude & Psychometric Test and an Online Personal Interview
A formal enrolment offer letter will be sent to the selected candidates
Confirmation Fee of Rs. 24,000 will become payable within 2 days receipt of the offer letter The balance program fee of Rs. 3,60,100 will become payable as per specified timelines

Certification
On successful completion of the program, participants will receive a degree in MBA from EMAS Business School, Russia.
Pedagogy
The primary method of instruction will be through LIVE lectures that will be delivered online via internet to participant desktops/laptops or classrooms. The lectures will be delivered by eminent faculty from EMAS Business School, Russia and by experienced industry faculty and experts. The course will be primarily taught through a combination of live lectures, engaging classroom discussions, input sharing, case studies, class activities and simulations. All enrolled students will also be provided access to our SLIQ Cloud Campus through which students may access other learning aids, reference materials and assessments, cases and assignments as appropriate. Throughout the duration of the course, students will have the flexibility to reach out to the Professors, real time during the class or offline via the Cloud Campus to raise questions and clear their doubts.
Assessment
A minimum of 85% attendance to the LIVE lectures is a prerequisite for the successful completion of this course. There may be some assignments and evaluations built in as a part of the course which may be in the form of online assessments, projects or other objective/subjective components as relevant and applicable to the course. Such assignments are designed to ensure continuous student engagement with the course and encourage learning.
