About this course

This program will prepare participants to take data-based decisions while managing the entire life cycle of ‘people management’ in organizations, such as attracting, developing, managing, rewarding, and retaining talent. In this course, participants will understand the thoughtful usage of data while taking people-related decisions. The goal of the course is not to teach programming, instead, it will aid in familiarising participants with people analytics insights and help them transform into managers who can add value to their enterprises. Participants will be able to develop the required skills through hands-on experience with user-friendly and widely used software tools like Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and SPSS/PSPP.

  • 2 years of work experience after completion of qualifying education
