Executive Development Program in Transformational Leadership

It was a great transformational journey in the truest sense. I discovered quite a lot about myself and now I am confident that with my newfound capabilities of understanding myself and others better, I will become a better leader.

It is gratifying to state that Prof. Manish Singhal does not confine himself to the Dissemination of Knowledge but endeavours to make the participants Assimilate it. I am confident that my story of transformation is heading towards becoming an Academic Leader in the true sense of the term with the kind of support, guidance and encouragement being offered in the Transformational Leadership Programme of XLRI, Jamshedpur.

This training program was an excellent experience for me personally. It has transformed my life as a person and as a professional. Sessions held by Manish Singhal were particularly exceptional. I would like to attribute the success of this program, much to how Prof. Manish was able to keep the attention of the team. The faculty made the lecture very interesting and interactive. The content taught was very relevant and up-to-date, as per new research, studies etc. His classes will be highly missed. Furthermore, there were great insights delivered from Prof. Kumar Alok on how Indian Culture / Vedas / Hindu Epics have contributed to "Leadership", as a subject. All-in-all, I thoroughly enjoyed all the lectures. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to all the professors, support staff, technical staff etc. for their contribution in making this program the success that it is.

It was truly a transformational journey on self-awareness and realization. Topics on Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, and Happiness are a major necessity for personal and professional growth.

This is a very good programme to improve oneself both professionally and as a good human being. It is a step by step learning journey towards achieving excellence through phenomenal guidance. Special thanks to Manish Sir for focusing on the interest area of each participant individually and help them grow. In the end, I’d like to just say that one must attend such programs to grow further in all walks of life.

The programme is good for self-development as a Manager and Leader from understanding the importance of Meditation and understand the inner world of self. Also the FIRO B exercise makes you understand your behaviour as regards to inclusion and control. Prof Manish Singhal is a master in the subject of self-development and gives a personal touch to the whole course. Also the actual dynamics of the corporate world and how as managers should deal with it and what tactics to be used is very good. Over all a very good course!

I am glad I found this program and that I enrolled in it. It has been an enlightening journey into self and the nature of interactions with other human beings, be it at personal or professional level. The journey has been very rewarding and yet there remains so much to learn. The takeaways from the program will stay with me forever. It is a joy to attend Manish Sir's class, he is eloquent, vibrant and has a huge repository of experiences and life lessons to share, which he shares without holding back. This is easily one of the best programs I have attended. The reason is Prof Manish Singhal who made has carefully crafted topics, made them meaningful through relevant examples and articulated the messaging flawlessly. At the outset, let me thank XLRi for crafting out such an extra-ordinary MDP and thanks to TalentEdge for smooth execution. TL3 stands out to be the best decision I have ever made for myself. Could have never thought of any program that would spend 4 to 4 1/2 months only on transforming self. And then slowly as we started self-discovery from July, it was an eye opener for me and almost MOST OF US in TL3 (I am sure the experience wouldn't be different for TL1, TL2 and the forthcoming TL batches as well). Had we not got into daily meditation, Self-compassion and acceptance, it would have been devastating (and I really mean this) to face a self-discovery through FIRO-B, other Leadership style assessments and learnings. The way it got integrated thereafter was just phenomenal and an experience that even today as I write this, I feel can't completely express what it has transpired into. Gratitude, Gratitude & Gratitude !!!! Overall a fulfilling experience @Transformational Leadership. Emotion meter: Inspired / Elated.

This course help me to thinking differently on the topics which is important to leadership. Leadership is all about self discovery and what is real me. It was an eye opener for me to realize my self and then understand the fine details to transform myself as a better person. I recommend all individual or leaders with more than 15 yrs of experience to take this course and realize the importance of 'Real ME and WHO AM I?

This was not certification course or program, this journey of life. I challenge anybody who will take this course will change his or her life, from being good human being to being a great leader!!!. In the beginning I was in doubt how i am going to attuned and complete the requirements of course but when we started, I not missed single session of class and did not understood when it gets completed this journey of transformation.
