TALENTEDGE, an Edtech company is NSDC partner. We are affiliated to Electronics (ESSCI), Telecom (TSSC), Retail (RASCI) and Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Sector Skill Councils. The Skill & Capacity Building unit of Talentedge is committed to Skill India Mission and is working on certification and employability of youth of India as per the guidelines of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.
SSCs are set up as autonomous industry-led bodies by NSDC. They create Occupational Standards and Qualification bodies, develop competency framework, organize Train the Trainer Programs, conduct skill gap studies and Assess & Certify trainees on the curriculum aligned to National Occupational Standards.

Irfanul Haque lost his job in 2013 at Gurgaon due to some family circumtances. He returned back to his home town in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Even after rigorous search, Irfanul couldn’t get the job. Selvi has completed graduation in year 2013. She was extensively searching job for last 5-6 months when she came to join the PMKVY Course in October 2015.
