I am glad I found this program and that I enrolled in it. It has been an enlightening journey into self and the nature of interactions with other human beings, be it at personal or professional level. The journey has been very rewarding and yet there remains so much to learn. The takeaways from the program will stay with me forever. It is a joy to attend Manish Sir's class, he is eloquent, vibrant and has a huge repository of experiences and life lessons to share, which he shares without holding back. I have already recommended the management to take this program for the other leadership members in the organization.
In the current situation remote learning through an online interactive platform such as talent edge, truly gives us an advantage. The sessions are well curated to cater to the needs and expectations of the professionals. The faculty each an expert in their respective fields, introduce a wide array of learning tools and paradigms to enhance our comprehension.The virtual classrooms are interactive, simple user interface, ease in content accessibility and a strong approachable support team to assist and guide.
Program was excellently structured in terms of content. Faculty was passionate about the subject and his ability to glean experiences out of the batch of students, juxtaposing it with gleanings from previous batches meant, we had rich resource base to learn from. Indeed a very useful 8 months for me as I hope to continue on this journey of mindfulness, self-learning, reflections as also read the tremendous literature on the subject introduced to us by Professor
