Program was excellently structured in terms of content. Faculty was passionate about the subject and his ability to glean experiences out of the batch of students, juxtaposing it with gleanings from previous batches meant, we had rich resource base to learn from. Indeed a very useful 8 months for me as I hope to continue on this journey of mindfulness, self-learning, reflections as also read the tremendous literature on the subject introduced to us by Professor
I am glad I found this program and that I enrolled in it. It has been an enlightening journey into self and the nature of interactions with other human beings, be it at personal or professional level.
