An excellent experience overall - hopefully will turn out life changing as I start to now begin life anew. Prof Singhal has been outstanding teacher - his ability to hold your attention on the topic is amazing.
Program was excellently structured in terms of content. Faculty was passionate about the subject and his ability to glean experiences out of the batch of students, juxtaposing it with gleanings from previous batches meant, we had rich resource base to learn from. Indeed a very useful 8 months for me as I hope to continue on this journey of mindfulness, self-learning, reflections as also read the tremendous literature on the subject introduced to us by Professor
