Program was excellently structured in terms of content. Faculty was passionate about the subject and his ability to glean experiences out of the batch of students, juxtaposing it with gleanings from previous batches meant, we had rich resource base to learn from. This course help me to thinking differently on the topics which is important to leadership. Leadership is all about self-discovery and what is real me. It was an eye opener for me to realize myself and then understand the fine details to transform myself as a better person.
