The sessions are well curated to cater to the needs and expectations of the professionals. The faculty each an expert in their respective fields, introduce a wide array of learning tools and paradigms to enhance our comprehension.The virtual classrooms are interactive, simple user interface, ease in content accessibility and a strong approachable support team to assist and guide.
It is gratifying to state that Prof. Manish Singhal does not confine himself to the Dissemination of Knowledge but endeavours to make the participants Assimilate it. I am confident that my story of transformation is heading towards becoming an Academic Leader in the true sense of the term with the kind of support, guidance and encouragement being offered in the Transformational Leadership Programme of XLRI, Jamshedpur.
The program was delivered in very friendly timings for a working professional like me. It covered all important business aspects and gave a good overview. There were lots of course material and good examples which helped pick up the concepts well.
