This great opportunity to get current with knowledge, for most of us who have been focusing only work domain.
Program was excellently structured in terms of content. Faculty was passionate about the subject and his ability to glean experiences out of the batch of students, juxtaposing it with gleanings from previous batches meant, we had rich resource base to learn from. Indeed a very useful 8 months for me as I hope to continue on this journey of mindfulness, self-learning, reflections as also read the tremendous literature on the subject introduced to us by Professor
The Subject of this program is such a powerful and the same as Content, I never thought this before joining , specially the Mindfulness Chapter. I recommend this program to deliver in Mass level which help individual to identify himself.
Detailed and well designed program... Very matured participation from across industries in India... Professors, needless to mention, are awesome.
