Program was excellently structured in terms of content. Faculty was passionate about the subject and his ability to glean experiences out of the batch of students, juxtaposing it with gleanings from previous batches meant, we had rich resource base to learn from. The Subject of this program is such a powerful and the same as Content, I never thought this before joining , specially the Mindfulness Chapter. I recommend this program to deliver in Mass level which help individual to identify himself.
