It is gratifying to state that Prof. Manish Singhal does not confine himself to the Dissemination of Knowledge but endeavours to make the participants Assimilate it. The Subject of this program is such a powerful and the same as Content, I never thought this before joining , specially the Mindfulness Chapter. I recommend this program to deliver in Mass level which help individual to identify himself.
