Overall a fantastic journey, learnt a lot from the program starting from Cynefin, Customer Journey Map, Balanced Score Card, Simulation on Organizational change, STAR Model are definitely useable for Leadership. Thanks a lot for the given oppurtunity.
This is easily one of the best programs I have attended. The reason is Prof Manish Singhal who made has carefully crafted topics, made them meaningful through relevant examples and articulated the messaging flawlessly. Professor's has not only forced us to think about the content but implement his teachings for our betterment. This course has enabled me not just to be a better professional but to be a better person.
This was not certification course or program, this journey of life. I challenge anybody who will take this course will change his or her life, from being good human being to being a great leader! In the beginning I was in doubt how I am going to attuned and complete the requirements of course but when we started, I not missed single session of class and did not understood when it gets completed this journey of transformation.
