Program was excellently structured in terms of content. Faculty was passionate about the subject and his ability to glean experiences out of the batch of students, juxtaposing it with gleanings from previous batches meant, we had rich resource base to learn from. A very relevant program for mid to senior career professionals. I am glad that I enrolled for this program. Conceptual frameworks across topics, coupled with deep insights from professors and gaining rich perspectives from co-participants have been a clear value add. Rigour with which group exercises and self-learning were assigned and managed was commendable.
Really useful course for the aspiring middle management managers who aspire to be a leader.
