The programme is good for self-development as a Manager and Leader from understanding the importance of Meditation and understand the inner world of self. Also the FIRO B exercise makes you understand your behaviour as regards to inclusion and control. Prof Manish Singhal is a master in the subject of self-development and gives a personal touch to the whole course. Also the actual dynamics of the corporate world and how as managers should deal with it and what tactics to be used is very good. Over all a very good course!
This was not certification course or program, this journey of life. I challenge anybody who will take this course will change his or her life, from being good human being to being a great leader! Amazing content and Wonderful and great Prof. Manish. In the beginning I was in doubt how I am going to attuned and complete the requirements of course but when we started, I not missed single session of class and did not understood when it gets completed this journey of transformation. Program was excellently structured in terms of content. Faculty was passionate about the subject and his ability to glean experiences out of the batch of students, juxtaposing it with gleanings from previous batches meant, we had rich resource base to learn from. This course help me to thinking differently on the topics which is important to leadership. Leadership is all about self-discovery and what is real me. It was an eye opener for me to realize myself and then understand the fine details to transform myself as a better person.
