It was pleasant and glitch free experience. For 20 + sessions never had any issues of accessibility. Kudos to team for timely reminders and solving all queries on time and even when unexpected situations like Covid-19 occurred team Talentedge was really quick in working it out to continue the sessions as required. A very relevant program for mid to senior career professionals. I am glad that I enrolled for this program. Conceptual frameworks across topics, coupled with deep insights from professors and gaining rich perspectives from co-participants have been a clear value add. Rigour with which group exercises and self-learning were assigned and managed was commendable.
Overall a fantastic journey, learnt a lot from the program starting from Cynefin, Customer Journey Map, Balanced Score Card, Simulation on Organizational change, STAR Model are definitely useable for Leadership. Thanks a lot for the given oppurtunity.
