Any one who wants to update in today's world of change an organization is going through should join the course. Highly helpful for the leaders who is seeing the change and drive change. As being an individual contributor has gained a lot of broader perspective an organization look into while making a decision. I am fortunate enough to take classes from an eminent faculties of XLRI on leadership and change management.
Program was excellently structured in terms of content. Faculty was passionate about the subject and his ability to glean experiences out of the batch of students, juxtaposing it with gleanings from previous batches meant, we had rich resource base to learn from. Indeed a very useful 8 months for me as I hope to continue on this journey of mindfulness, self-learning, reflections as also read the tremendous literature on the subject introduced to us by Professor
I Congratulate Prof. Manish and his support team from XLRI for conducting such an enlightening journey, which has really provided an insight of inner me. I also would like to thanks Talentedge team for providing such platform to conduct online classes with such an ease. My wishes for all, and look forward to have other learning opportunities in future.
An excellent experience overall - hopefully will turn out life changing as I start to now begin life anew. Prof Singhal has been outstanding teacher - his ability to hold your attention on the topic is amazing.
