The programme is good for self-development as a Manager and Leader from understanding the importance of Meditation and understand the inner world of self. Also the FIRO B exercise makes you understand your behaviour as regards to inclusion and control. Prof Manish Singhal is a master in the subject of self-development and gives a personal touch to the whole course. Also the actual dynamics of the corporate world and how as managers should deal with it and what tactics to be used is very good. Over all a very good course!
The program , though online , was very interactive and faculty presented a plethora of real life cases for effective understanding. The content was quite contextual and application was given due importance. I recommend this to everyone who is looking forward for a content-rich online certification program from a very prestigious inistitute. Worth all the money paid. Great investment.

Program was excellently structured in terms of content. Faculty was passionate about the subject and his ability to glean experiences out of the batch of students, juxtaposing it with gleanings from previous batches meant, we had rich resource base to learn from.
