At the outset, let me thank XLRi for crafting out such an extra-ordinary MDP and thanks to TalentEdge for smooth execution. TL3 stands out to be the best decision I have ever made for myself. Could have never thought of any program that would spend 4 to 4 1/2 months only on transforming self. And then slowly as we started self-discovery from July, it was an eye opener for me and almost MOST OF US in TL3 (I am sure the experience wouldn't be different for TL1, TL2 and the forthcoming TL batches as well). Had we not got into daily meditation, Self-compassion and acceptance, it would have been devastating (and I really mean this) to face a self-discovery through FIRO-B, other Leadership style assessments and learnings. The way it got integrated thereafter was just phenomenal and an experience that even today as I write this, I feel can't completely express what it has transpired into. Gratitude, Gratitude & Gratitude !!!! Overall a fulfilling experience @Transformational Leadership. Emotion meter: Inspired / Elated.
It was a great journey. I discovered quite a bit about myself. I am confident, understanding myself and understanding others will help me in my future people's relationships.
This was not certification course or program, this journey of life. I challenge anybody who will take this course will change his or her life, from being good human being to being a great leader! Amazing content and Wonderful and great Prof. Manish. In the beginning I was in doubt how I am going to attuned and complete the requirements of course but when we started, I not missed single session of class and did not understood when it gets completed this journey of transformation. I enjoyed this journey a lot. Thanks.
The programme is good for self-development as a Manager and Leader from understanding the importance of Meditation and understand the inner world of self. Also the FIRO B exercise makes you understand your behaviour as regards to inclusion and control. Prof Manish Singhal is a master in the subject of self-development and gives a personal touch to the whole course. Also the actual dynamics of the corporate world and how as managers should deal with it and what tactics to be used is very good. Over all a very good course!
