It is gratifying to state that Prof. Manish Singhal does not confine himself to the Dissemination of Knowledge but endeavours to make the participants Assimilate it. Any one who wants to update in today's world of change an organization is going through should join the course. Highly helpful for the leaders who is seeing the change and drive change. I am fortunate enough to take classes from an eminent faculties of XLRI on leadership and change management.

This was not certification course or program, this journey of life. I challenge anybody who will take this course will change his or her life, from being good human being to being a great leader! In the beginning I was in doubt how I am going to attuned and complete the requirements of course but when we started, I not missed single session of class and did not understood when it gets completed this journey of transformation.
