I am glad I found this program and that I enrolled in it. It has been an enlightening journey into self and the nature of interactions with other human beings, be it at personal or professional level. The journey has been very rewarding and yet there remains so much to learn. The takeaways from the program will stay with me forever. It is a joy to attend Manish Sir's class, he is eloquent, vibrant and has a huge repository of experiences and life lessons to share, which he shares without holding back. The Subject of this program is such a powerful and the same as Content, I never thought this before joining , specially the Mindfulness Chapter. I recommend this program to deliver in Mass level which help individual to identify himself.
