The programme is good for self-development as a Manager and Leader from understanding the importance of Meditation and understand the inner world of self. Also the FIRO B exercise makes you understand your behaviour as regards to inclusion and control. Prof Manish Singhal is a master in the subject of self-development and gives a personal touch to the whole course.
