At the outset, let me thank XLRi for crafting out such an extra-ordinary MDP and thanks to TalentEdge for smooth execution. TL3 stands out to be the best decision I have ever made for myself. Could have never thought of any program that would spend 4 to 4 1/2 months only on transforming self. And then slowly as we started self-discovery from July, it was an eye opener for me and almost MOST OF US in TL3 (I am sure the experience wouldn't be different for TL1, TL2 and the forthcoming TL batches as well). Had we not got into daily meditation, Self-compassion and acceptance, it would have been devastating (and I really mean this) to face a self-discovery through FIRO-B, other Leadership style assessments and learnings. The way it got integrated thereafter was just phenomenal and an experience that even today as I write this, I feel can't completely express what it has transpired into. Gratitude, Gratitude & Gratitude !!!! Overall a fulfilling experience @Transformational Leadership. Emotion meter: Inspired / Elated.
