CLASSES OVERVIEW

  • Global Financial Management

    This course allows you to look into the development of policy, making standard financial management decisions, and to explore various financing options for international businesses based on the multinational firms.

  • Strategic Management

    This course will allow you to dig deeper into the planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of the corporate resources, products, assets, and development and implementation of integrated business strategies and policies by the global enterprises.

  • Business Research for Decision Making

    Explore the role of decision-making in dealing with employees, formulating strategy, and negotiating from a managerial viewpoint. In this course, you will be required to understand, apply, and evaluate both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

  • A Managerial Approach to Marketing

    This course will enable you to understand the applications of marketing concepts in a global organization, and examine international channel distribution as well as promotional pricing.

  • Strategic Marketing

    This module concentrates on strategic, as opposed to tactical, aspects of marketing and is designed to familiarize the participants with the inherent problems in market planning in multi-product organizations. The course will offer you a deeper understanding of contemporary approaches for strategic planning, market planning, and new product entry strategies, and experience the design and implementation of a marketing plan through simulation.

  • Research Methods in Marketing

    Dig deeper into the needs and wants of the customers, and analyse the information for developing marketing promotional campaigns, new products, refine current product offerings, and improve customer service efforts. This course will help you gain strategic decision-making skills critical for becoming a successful marketer.

  • International Marketing

    This course will help you take marketing decisions at the International level by examining the issues involving trends, factors, and forces (such as institutions, culture, politics, law, and environment) that affect global marketing activities.

  • Product and Brand Management

    This course will provide you the opportunity to learn about the product and brand management and take decisions to build brand value and equity.

FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS

At the time of application to the program, register with a down payment of Rs.27,000. Thereafter, the completed application along with the supporting documents will be sent to AIU for shortlisting and selection. If your candidature is selected by AIU for enrolment into the program, then the registration amount of Rs.27,000 will be adjusted towards the payable program fee. However, in the event that your candidature for enrolment into AIU is rejected, the registration amount of Rs.27,000 will be refunded to you in full.

The following 4 options are available for payment of the balance program fee.

  • Limited time offer - Make the full payment upfront and get an instant discount of Rs.20,000. Pay only Rs.3,34,000 for the entire program instead of Rs.3,54,000
  • Make a second instalment payment of Rs.27,000 and avail interest free 12 month loan on the remaining Rs.3,00,000
  • Make a second instalment payment of Rs.27,000 and avail loans for duration of more than 12 months on the remaining Rs.3,00,000 at attractively low interest rates
  • Make a second instalment payment of Rs.27,000 and pay the remaining fee of Rs.3,00,000 before the payment due date

Register for the program, pay the registration fees of Rs.27,000 and complete your application for this course through an Online Application Form.

A copy (scan) of the following documents must be uploaded as part of the selection and enrolment process.

Relieving Letters having DOJ and DOL (if applicable). For current job, you can share your joining letter along with the last month salary slip

Applications along with the substantiating documents will be reviewed based on eligibility. Candidates subsequently shortlisted by AIU for enrolment will receive intimation of selection to the program. Candidates will then be required to remit the programme fee of Rs.3.00 Lacs + GST. Last Date to remit the Program Fee is 15/12/2021 Fee once paid is non-refundable. Candidates will receive the session access credentials and program will commence sessions on the scheduled start date.
