Prof Neerja Pande
Prof. Neerja Pande, has more than 28 years of academic, administrative and research experience in premier national and international institutions. Founder Chairperson and Professor in the area of Communication at IIM Lucknow for more than two decades, Dr. Pande has also been associated with Fergusson College Pune, Lucknow University, European School of Management Paris, IIM Ahmedabad, Calcutta, & Indore, amongst others as full-time or visiting faculty. A national scholarship holder and a UGC scholar she became a Harvard affiliate in 2010 when she was nominated as a high performer by IIM Lucknow and went to attend the Global Programme on Participant Centered Learning at Harvard Business School, Boston. She has the distinction of running some of the most sought after and unconventional electives on ‘Persuasion’ and ‘Leadership’ at IIM Lucknow. One of her own favorites’ is ‘Leadership through Literature’ which aims at creating perspectives on leadership through literary pieces that bring out human character and complexities. She consults and publishes in the area of Leadership, Persuasive Communication and Teaching Management through Literature. Her Co-authored Book Business Communication: Making Connections in a Digital World is a highly successful book prescribed as text book in number of IIMs and premier institutes of the country. Dr. Pande loves reading classical literature and philosophy and listens to Sufi music in her spare time.
Prof. Priyanka Sharma
Priyanka SHARMA, has more than 8 years of industry experience in varied sales and marketing roles in prestigious organizations such as Infosys, Oracle and UST Global. She joined IIM Lucknow in the marketing are as a faculty in May 2019 after doing Ph.D. in Marketing from Department of Industrial and Management Engineering, IIT Kanpur. She has done B-Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi and PGDM(GM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Based on the rich industry experience and academic exposure she started an elective on Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing in IIM Lucknow for both the regular PGP and IPMX programmes which was rated highly. Apart from that she has taught Marketing Management – I and Marketing Management – II. She has also conducted MDPs on B2B Marketing and Customer Driven Marketing Applications at IIM Lucknow. She consults and publishes in the areas of Branding, Buyer Behavior, New Product Marketing (entry and exit strategies), and the use of Technology in Marketing. She is currently working on service creation and the use of digitization and ICT. Dr. SHARMA loves gardening, reading science fiction, and philosophies of Swami Vivekananda and Buddhism. The primary method of instruction will be through LIVE lectures that will be beamed online via Internet to student desktops/laptops or classrooms. The pedagogy will comprise of a balanced mix of lectures, case studies, live-corporate examples and general discussions. All enrolled students will also be provided access Talentedge’s SLIQ platform through which students may access other learning aids, reference materials and assessments, case studies, projects and assignments as appropriate. Throughout the duration of the course, students will have the flexibility to reach out to the professors, real time during the class or offline via the SLIQ platform to raise questions and clear their doubts.
A minimum of 75% attendance to the LIVE lectures is a prerequisite for the successful completion of this course. There are periodic evaluations built in throughout the duration of the course. This program includes two on-campus components of 3 days each which will take place at IIM Lucknow, Noida campus. This program was originally scheduled to start with a campus visit. However, given the current situation, the program will commence classes in the online mode instead. The on-campus modules will be rescheduled later during the programme as per the Institute’s and Government advisory on residential components and the same will be communicated in due course and well in advance to facilitate travel arrangements. Attendance to On Campus Component is mandatory for all participants of this course.

The academic counsellors at Talentedge will check with the interested candidates for initial scrutiny of eligibility against specified eligibility criteria. After receiving the required information from the candidates, qualifying candidates will register themselves at Talentedge website and pay Rs. 1500 + GST / USD 25 towards the application processing fee. This amount will NOT be refunded to candidates. Candidates will then be required to take an online Talentedge Admission Assessment (TAA). A sample of TAA’s questions can be accessed here. Upon clearing the TAA, candidates will thereafter proceed to pay the fee as per the schedule. Candidates will also be required to complete a detailed application form and furnish soft copies of necessary documents.
If you have any questions about the kind of supporting documents that needs to be uploaded, please speak with our counsellors who will be able to guide you through the process. All the information and documentation provided by you at the time of enrolment will be duly verified by the Institute and if it is determined that the information and/or documentation provided by you is inadequate and/or does not substantiate the entry requirements and prerequisite criteria to the course, then your enrolment to the course will be cancelled with immediate effect and the instalment of the course fee paid by you to Talentedge at the time of registration, will be refunded to you.

The Course fee is payable in instalments as per the instalment schedule provided. In the event of late payment of Instalment 1 or any other subsequent Instalments, a Late Fee is leviable as follows.
A Late fee of INR 1000 + GST will be payable by the participant if the instalment is paid within 7 days after the due date.
A late fee of INR 2500 + GST will be payable by the participant if the instalment is paid between 8 to 14 days from the due date.
If the Fee Instalment is not received within 14 days from the due date, then the participant shall be considered a dropout and a Rejoining Fee of INR 5000 + GST will be charged to the participant if the participant wishes to continue with and complete the course and rejoining can be accommodated as per the course guidelines.
Cancellation by the Participant
Requests for refund of fees on account of cancellation of enrolment shall be considered only if such requests are received prior to closure of registration or 21 days before the commencement date of course whichever is earlier. In the event of valid requests for refund of fees are received in the above specified timeframe, the application money shall be refunded after deducting a penalty of INR 5000 + GST (Administrative Charges).
In all other cases, no refund shall be made.
A participant may opt for rescheduling to a later batch of the same course / another course of prior to commencement of the course. However, such intimation must be made by the participant at least fifteen working days prior to the commencement of the course. The amount paid by the participant shall be considered as advance payment towards the next batch/alternative course. Further, the participant shall have to pay an administrative charge of INR 5000 + GST for facilitating such rescheduling. This is valid before the start of the course. However, if rescheduling is to be done after completion of certain modules, then participants will need to re-register by paying a re-registration fee of INR 25000 + GST.
Cancellation by Talentedge & the Institute
Talentedge & the Institute reserve the right to cancel courses at any time owing to reasons like insufficient enrolments, trainer indisposition or force majeure events. In the event that Talentedge or the Institute cancels a scheduled course, the student will receive full fee refund for the same. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid refund request.
