How will I be evaluated during the program?

Candidates who have enrolled for IIM Raipur’s PG Executive Certification in Human Resource Management will be evaluated based on their attendance to the live lectures-which should be a minimum of 75%, and their participation in assignments/project, quizzes, case studies, or other objectives/subjective assessments. These criteria have been designed with an aim to ensure continuous student engagement so that they don’t miss out on anything and learn everything deeply and effectively. Candidates who successfully fulfil these evaluation criteria will be awarded a certificate of completion, and those who are unable to clear the evaluation criteria but have the requisite attendance will be awarded a certificate of participation.

How much is the program fee? Is the EMI option available?

The total fee of the program for Indian Participants is INR 1, 55,000 plus GST and USD 3100 for International participants. Yes, the EMI option is available. • For Indian participants- Payment of INR 35,000 plus GST at the time of acceptance of admission Rest can be paid in three subsequent instalments. • For International participants- Payment of USD 700 at the time of acceptance of admission Rest can be paid in three subsequent instalments.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my enrolment?

Refund requests will be considered only if a cancellation is done by the participants prior to the closure of registration or 21 days before the date of course commencement, whichever is earlier. The amount shall be refunded after deducting a penalty of Rs.5000 and applicable taxes for Indian participants and USD 125 International participants. If a candidate wants to opt for a later batch then he or she has to place the request by paying an amount of Rs.5000 plus applicable taxes (Indian participants) or USD 125 (foreign participants) fifteen days prior to the commencement of the program. The fee paid by the participants shall be considered as an advance payment for the next batch. In a case where cancellation of the scheduled course is done by the Talentedge and the Institute, the candidate will get a full refund for the same. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid refund request.
